The construction of the First Building of Science and Engineering, which sits close to the Multi-functional Building, was completed in June 2001. For the purposes of class teaching and academic research, the Building offers ample space for departmental offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, and laboratories. There are two language laboratories equipped with advanced language learning facilities and a computer laboratory set up with a capacity of 300 people, adding effects to speeches and creating the most comfortable environment for conference attendants and workshops for original landscape, expanding human resources, and bringing culture to campus.
